A two-bedroomed apartment situated in a superbly kept Résidence in the Parc de la Badine in the heart of Antibes. The grounds are quite extensive with lawns, flowerbeds and mature shrubs and trees. There is a tennis court and large pool within the grounds.

The newly-decorated and furnished apartment is on the second floor and has glimpses of the sea across Antibes. Large west-facing balcony with dining table and cushioned chairs. Living area has convertible cream sofa and leather easy chairs with contemporary occasional furniture. The kitchen is open to the salon and is compact with washer, micro-wave/grill, 4 ring electric hob, fridge and micro-wave as well as storage units.

The main bedroom has access to the balcony, double bed and wardrobe and shower cubicle. The second bedroom has pine bunk beds that are full-size. There is no exterior window from this bedroom, but light and ventilation is via glass partition to the salon. The bathroom has full suite with second shower over bath. Additional separate toilet with hand-basin.

Although the apartment is ideal for four, 2 additional guests can be accommodated on the convertible sofa in the living area. There is a secure underground parking space (No.36) as well as limited additional unreserved parking spaces marked 'Visiteur' within the grounds.

A Casino supermarket is within walking distance. It takes about 10 - 15 mins. to walk into the centre of Antibes or the beaches of Juan les Pins from the Résidence. An ideal apartment for a family holiday in a very sought-after area.
