A luxury first floor apartment on a very select development of only 8 apartments in twin villa-style buildings linked by a first floor archway. All eight apartments look out over the pool, terraces and well-kept gardens, and further afield over the hills surrounding St. Raphaël.
This particular apartment was furnished to a very high standard and not originally intended for summer letting. Entering the apartment there is a large storage cupboard which houses the washing machine. Opposite this hallway access is one entrance to a shower room with basin and W.C. that also serves as an en suite shower room to the twin bedroom through a second doorway.(Either can be locked for privacy.)
The main bedroom has king-size bed, access to the rear balcony that is south-west facing and bathroom en suite. Both bedrooms have dark wicker headboards and wardrobes.

The living area is quite large with round table and chairs for four upholstered in pink. Three piece Chesterfield style suite is extremely relaxing, T.V., Satellite with de-coder (bring SKY card for Movie Channel etc.), CD player and stereo. Very tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Phone installed and left on request.
The kitchen in oak, is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Well-stocked for crockery etc.
The balcony at the rear of the apartment overlooks the pool with south-westerly aspect and is perfect for dining out in the evening. Plenty of outdoor furniture.

There are 8 apartments in total in La Vieille Bergerie, making this a very small and exclusive group that all share the facilities of the pool. Excellent value for the standard of accommodation and the luxury of the furnishings. (Children under 12 at the discretion of Azur Villas).

Prices are inclusive of normal use of electricity and end-of-stay cleaning.
