What was originally a superb studio apartment for two/three has been enlarged to take over the adjacent apartment with now three bedrooms, double terrace, shower room, bathroom, modern kitchen and still right on the beach in Théoule, within walking distance to all the shops, local artisanal stores, water sports, golden beaches, within walking to the station, on a bus route and still parking if you need to have a car. A great apartment and adjacent to A50 if there should be 8 people who want to be together at a fraction of a villa price for the same capacity.

On the first floor, the double arched terrace overlooks the Magellan beach in Théoule, with views across the bay to Cannes. There are three bedrooms, the main double with en suite shower and basin and access to the terrace; a second double with retractable double bed so that this room could be used as a study or baby bedroom because the space can be reclaimed by leaving the bed folded into the integral unit. Third bedroom has bunks for children. All rooms have fans for cooler ventilation.

The apartment in the Résidence Levant is fully furnished with convertible sofa bed accommodating two people, pine effect occasional furniture, open kitchenette with hob, oven and fridge. Shower room with basin and W.C. Being on the garden level, the apartment also profits from its own small external sun-bathing area, with table and chairs to dine and an enclosed terrace that adds extra space to the apartment.

The living area is springtime primrose with sofa and easy chair, access to the terrace with matching chairs and table and 4 other easy chairs around a coffee table. This extension to the living area is really well done because it is beneath a covered terrace and can be used even in inclement weather. In the interior, the kitchen forms part of the salon with breakfast bar/division, electric oven, hob, dishwasher. Washing machine is in the bathroom. Main bathroom has shower also over bath and there is a second W.C. Excellent use of space, luminous in decoration and a pleasure for any tenants .
