A ground floor 3 bedroom apartment for four people situated on the outskirts of the perfume capital of Grasse on a domaine with both swimming pool and tennis court for the use of residents and guests. There is unreserved parking within the Domaine and the gardens are quite extensive and well-maintained.
The apartment has an external terrace though there is no access to the lawned garden, so maintaining privacy. The living area consists of a spacious sitting area with leather angled couch and armchair, T.V., C.D. and portable hi-fi. There is a round dining table for four with rattan chairs and there is also a table and chairs for use on the terrace.
There are three bedrooms, two are singles, one with divan single bed and the other with a convertible sofa. Both of these have full length windows to the garden. The main bedroom has double bed and wardrobes, again with garden views.
The kitchen is dark oak fronted units with combination electric and gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is also a small breakfast table and chairs. Plentiful crockery and utensils. Barbecues unfortunately are not allowed on terraces.
The apartment is immaculately maintained and the owners request that there are no very small children or pets, and that smokers refrain from smoking inside.
