Antibes/Juan les pins is one of the major resorts of the French Riviera, with
its beautiful beaches, old town, ramparts, museums, the largest port in Europe
for pleasure yachts, colourful markets, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. It
also has a leisure complex comprising Marineland with dolphins, killer whales
and sharks, Aquasplash, the outdoor waterpark, The Butterfly Jungle, Adventure
Golf and The Little Farm.
The region also offers a vast array of leisure activities including all
watersports, mountain hiking trails, golf, tennis, paragliding and of course
the sights of Monaco, Nice, Cannes, medieval villages, Grasse, St. Tropez and
Northern Italy that are all within accessible distances.
The apartment in the Résidence Levant is fully furnished with convertible sofa
bed accommodating two people, pine effect occasional furniture, open
kitchenette with hob, oven and fridge. Shower room with basin and W.C. Being
on the garden level, the apartment also profits from its own small external
sun-bathing area, with table and chairs to dine and an enclosed terrace that
adds extra space to the apartment.
The Résidence has a large shared pool, security gate and landscaped gardens.
Shops, restaurants and buses are all available within a 5 minute walk, and all
the other facilities are within a short drive. There are some unreserved
parking spaces available for visitors within the development.
