A luxury apartment situated in a very central position in Cannes yet surrounded by beautiful gardens that give the Résidence a very tranquil setting. Within the Résidence is a heated indoor pool, that is opened up in summer to the gardens with sunbathing terraces. There is also a jacuzzi and sauna for guests to use. Secure underground parking.
The apartment is extremely well furnished, having a pretty aquamarine decorated double bedroom with direct access to the large balustraded private terrace. Large mirrored wardrobes. Both the terrace and apartment are south facing. Spacious living room with comfortable modern suite of which the sofa can be converted to a double bed if needed. Facility of phone if requested, T.V. with cable for BBC/CNN etc. Floors are all marble.
The bathroom has bath with shower over, basin and W.C., and wall-mounted hair-dryer. Also a second separate W.C. with basin.
