The apartment is situated close to the Riviera Golf Course in the coastal resort of Mandelieu/La Napoule. All newly-furnished and decorated, the apartment is very light, comfortable and conveniently placed for all amenities on the Côte d'Azur. There is a large pool with beach entrance on the development which in summer has loungers for guests to use. Parking is on the road adjacent to the apartment building and the whole development has security gates with 24 hour surveillance.
Being on the first floor of the building, the balcony benefits from views overlooking parts of the golf course. This also provides an ideal place for dining outside.

The interior of the apartment consists of a large salon with open kitchen area, breakfast bar, cream sofa and easy chairs and circular glass-topped wrought-iron dining table and chairs. The sofa is convertible to take an extra guest as required, but there is a double bedroom separate from the salon with access to the balcony that runs across the front of the apartment. Bathroom with shower over bath, separate W.C.
