An unusual elegant duplex apartment with a roof garden close to the centre of
La Napoule and within walking distance of all amenities. La Napoule is only a
short drive along the coast towards the Esterel from Cannes and here there are
excellent restaurants, sandy beaches, a Château, interesting marina as well as
being well-positioned for trips along the coast to St. Tropez or inland to the
perfumeries of Grasse, the perched medieval villages, Monaco and northern
Italy.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with comfortable sofas and
easy chairs in the salon, mahogany dining table and chairs, full satellite
digital system and a dining terrace outside. The kitchen has dishwasher,
Belling plate-warmer, micro-wave, electric oven, and electric hob. There is a
washing machine and utility area via the garage where there is also access
through to the apartment from the lower level...useful for shopping
deliveries. Otherwise the main entrance is at the rear of the building via a
pathway and steps.
There are two bedrooms, one double with 160 cms. Bed and the other with twin
singles. There is a shower room with W.C. and basin on the middle floor and a
second shower and bathroom on the lower bedroom floor.
A spiral staircase from the middle balcony gives access to the roof terrace
where there are superb views of the port and coastline. Here there are sun
loungers for 4 and a B.B.Q. Parking in the garage and other visitors' spaces
available. Ideally situated also in case any guests do not want to drive as La
Napoule has frequent bus and train services and recreational facilities of
tennis and water sports are all within walking distance.
