A super apartment with pretty views over the Riviera Golf Course and to the
Esterel mountains. All of the furnishings are new and of a high quality. There
are two bedrooms each with their own bathroom facilities. The main double
bedroom has access onto one of the terraces and has an ensuite bathroom with
bath, over head shower, wash basin and W.C. The second twin bedroom, has
private use of another bathroom and separate W.C. (there is a third bedroom
which is kept) locked and reserved for the owners personal belongings).
The very spacious and comfortable lounge has two sofas, television with video
machine and a hi-fi system with C.D. player. There is access from the lounge
onto two separate terraces, one south facing and one west, to catch the
setting sun! The main terrace is large with a dining table and seating for
four, the many potted plants creating a relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen also
has access onto the terrace and is well equipped with quality appliances.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine, small dryer, microwave, oven, hob and
fridge/freezer.
A lovely apartment, very well presented and with the benefit of lots of
outdoor space seldom found with an apartment. There is a large circular pool
for shared use and the Domaine of the Riviera Golf is within easy reach of
Mandelieu, the coast, Cannes and all other areas of interest on the Côte
d'Azur. Parking is available within the grounds of the Résidence which has
security entrance. Not suitable for young children.
Miramar is 15Kms. from Cannes. The Géant hypermarket complex is less than 10
minutes and there are golf and tennis courts in Mandelieu. Théoule, only 3Kms.
from Miramar has many more bars, restaurants and two delightful sandy beaches
as well as water skiing, diving and wind-surfing. Boats leave here regularly
for coastal afternoon cruises and trips to the Isles of Lérins.
