This two bedroom apartment is in the ground floor of a Provençal style private villa in Le Trayas, and so benefits from having a private pool (10m x 4.5m), garden and wonderful sea views. (The middle floor is the owner's private apartment and would normally not be used when the lower apartment is rented). Access to the apartment is by external steps to the lower level and this may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties. The carport is available for clients' use.

Le Trayas is on the boundary of the Parc National de l'Esterel and within a few minutes drive of the sandy beach of Miramar. Cannes is only 20 minutes drive with its famous Croisette, designer shops and chic cafés.

The apartment has very big rooms with the main double bedroom having ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and there is a separate shower room with W.C. and wash basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. The dining/living area leads out onto a covered terrace which is ideal for eating out and overlooks the swimming pool as well as enjoying the stunning views.

This apartment is available for low season dates only

Refundable security deposit of £200 required. Bedlinen and towels are NOT included.
