A superb and pristine apartment in a really enviable position across from the
beach in Théoule sur Mer. The apartment was furnished for the private use of
the owners. Just everything is within walking distance: the beach is literally
out of the front door, restaurants that can be recommended are on every
corner, shops within a short walk to the village centre (excellent bakery) and
transport is readily available with buses running through to Mandelieu, Cannes
or further afield as well as a local train station on the outskirts of
Théoule.
The apartment is on the first floor, access by stairs or lift. There is also a
reserved parking space in secure underground parking...an absolute necessity
in the height of the season.
The apartment is luxurious equipped for two people, impeccably furnished in
Provençal colours of lemon and blue, tasteful furnishings maximising the large
living area and open plan kitchen. This was originally the 'show' apartment
for the Résidence and therefore has the best of everything including the
terrace, views, space, and fitments. There is a double bedroom, bathroom,
salon with double aspect overlooking the beach and bay, terrace for sun and to
dine out as well as a terrace to take in the shade! and still overlook the
Théoule bay. Really an apartment for those inclined to relax on
holiday...shops to hand, restaurants at a stroll, beach at a walk across the
road, transport, if required within a few minutes' walk and a luxury apartment
to return to after a tiring day!
Théoule is a picturesque part of the Côte d'Azur, still unspoilt and with
numerous quality restaurants, many right on the beach or with their own
pontoons. There are two golden beaches and for the more daring a naturist
beach in a secluded cove. Water sports are readily available as well as boat
trips to the Isles de Lérins and along the Esterel.
